Product Description
Guinea Fowl Capon
The guinea fowl capon is raised in the open air for 154 days.
This bird is one of the most noble of year-end poultry.
Its diet is largely corn based, giving its meat a delicious flavour, reminiscent of game. Its meat is juicy and tender, thanks to being finished with dairy products during the end stages of breeding.
This bird should be slightly pink in colour after cooking so that the meat does not dry when served.
