Traditional Chicken

The traditional chicken has the same breeding methods as a free-range Label Rouge chicken.  It is the large, family-sized chicken of the range, with plump, generous pieces.  This is achieved by a longer breeding period of 94 days.

Its meat is firm and juicy, with a distinctive taste.
