Grain-Fed Chicken
The grain-fed chicken is raised in total freedom in the Landes forest following a unique breeding method:
A traditional slow-growing breed: the bare-neck breed, small movable henhouses called “Marensines” for shelter, a diet containing at least 80% cereals, along with the delicacies of the undergrowth of which they can eat as much as they want…
These breeding conditions allow them to develop firm and flavoursome meat.
