Free Range Quail
The free-range quail is from a traditional slow growing breed.
They are raised for 45 days in the open air, on open ground or in aviaries. They are free to roam and fly as they wish.
The feed is composed of minimum 70% cereals (mainly corn and wheat)
Quail has delicate meat, full of flavour but low in fat.
