Label Rouge Free-range Guinea Fowl
The free-range Landes guinea fowl was the first in its category to obtain the Label Rouge certification in 1966.
Raised in the open air in the Landes for a minimum 94 days, its feed contains 75% cereals, mainly corn. With a subtle taste of game, the meat is firm and low in calories. It contains little fat but nevertheless a maximum of proteins.
