Young pigeons, raised with their parents for 28 to 35 days. Breeding these birds remains traditional, in aviaries.
Their diet contains 80% of cereals, whole grains (corn and wheat) completed with vitamins and minerals.
The young pigeon is much sought after by gourmets as its meat is extremely delicate and low in calories.
