This preserve is produced using PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) Landes duck.
Duck foie gras lobe selected and cooked in a subtly seasoned poultry stock.
It is recommended to remove the foie gras from the refrigerator before serving in order to fully savour all of its aromas.
